Our core business is the industrial segment, for instance the cleaning of installations, systems, piping systems, tanks and factory- and ship premises. The industry is often characterized by a high level of automation and mechanization. This requires understanding and innovation when it comes to cleaning. TriStar specializes in industrial cleaning. Whether it concerns tank cleaning, cleaning in the printing industry, road cleaning or odor control at waste processors: we offer a solution! If the solution cannot directly be translated in a product within our wide range of formulas, we will of course do our utmost to provide a custom-made product.

Food Processing

Because the food processing industry requires specific knowledge and experience, TriStar has a separate food division. Many of our products are developed in our own laboratory. This demonstrates our strength as it enables us to offer a fast and efficient solution to every cleaning problem. TriStar proves to be a reliable partner for hygiene in all conceivable working situations within the food sector. We value personal visits to provide adequate support. We scan the premises to be cleaned for material use and ambient temperature, and we identify the technical cleaning possibilities, as well as the option to use water temperature as a cleaning factor. This way we are able to offer you a solid and tailor-made advice.

In addition to supplying cleaning products we can actively assist you in the field of dosing optimization and in the solution of difficult hygiene- and safety issues. Of course you can expect our support in the area of order optimization, and we gladly will brainstorm with you about possible cost reductions.

Management Team

The TriStar management team consist of CEO Paul van den Berg, vice CEO and commercial manager Corné Endepoel, production and purchasing manager Rick van der Vliet and CFO Ad van der Wegen.

The MT sets our company objectives as well as our policy, and deals with our performance development: the establishment, control and support of an optimal and customer oriented process, with added value for our customers.
Finally the MT directs our social responsibility and monitors our actions based on our three core values: trust is the basis, who does well meets well, and do as you would be done by.
We aim at not just meeting our customers expectations, but at exceeding them, with a strong focus on safety and innovations.
The management team enthusiastically builds the foundation of an organization that shows passion, and continues whereas others quit; an organization with a message for the future: “All right, we’re up for it, CLEAN.MATTERS!”

Paul van den Berg

CEO

As the proud CEO of the TriStar Group I hold the final responsibility, together with my management team. As CEO I determine the direction of our company, and I set up new revenue models. I see it as my role to be the face of the company and I aim to be the driving force behind innovations. Furthermore I am responsible for establishing the connection between the outside world (the market, the society, the technology) and our internal organization.

Ad van der Wegen

Financial manager

As CFO I am, in addition to my MT-duties, responsible for the entire financial administration, the administrative (planning) processes, the financial policy and an adequate risk management. I oversee the quality of the financial information, the monthly reports and prognoses. I also keep a close watch on our compliance with current laws an regulations and with our internal policy. I lead two regular employees in the Administration Department, and I monitor the HR, ICT and Legal Affaires disciplines. For me it is essential to create an organization in which our employees can and will take responsibility and can develop and grow. Together we strive for excellence, for a process of continuous customer focused improvement.

Corné Endepoel

Commercial manager / vice CEO
I started working at TriStar in the year 2000, and as shareholder I currently hold the position of vice CEO and commercial manager. I am responsible for all commercial activities and communications within our company. I am in charge of the sales department, I set the sales and marketing policy, as well as the resulting objectives. I also oversee our Quality Management System. For me it is essential to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated ourselves, and, in the context of our Quality System, to do as we say, and to say as we do.

Rick van der Vliet

Production & Purchasing Manager
I started working with TriStar in 2011. From our Hazeldonk location I was closely involved with the start-up of our current production site in Roosendaal. Right now, as shareholder, I hold the position of production- and purchasing manager. I am responsible for efficiently running our purchasing-, production- and development processes. I am convinced we have to continuously monitor, adjust, improve and ensure our way of working. For this purpose I actively keep in touch with our primary process, which is the core of our organization. Process control is a necessary condition for continuous quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.
